Sc Singlemode And Multimode 250 µm/900 µm 3M™ Crimplok™+ Connectors Provide Fast, Easy Field Termination Of 250 And 900 µm Singlemode And Multimode Fiber Without A Splice Gel Or Adhesive. A Metallic Element Within The Connector Mechanically Locks The Fiber In Place. To Install, The Fiber Is Cleaved, Inserted Through The Connector And Locked In Place Using The 3M™ Crimplok™+ Activation Tool And Round-Shape Protrusionsetting Cap, Which Comes With Every Connector. The Fiber Tip Is Polished With The 3M™ Crimplok™+ Nano Finishing Tool. This Hand Tool Utilizes A Polishing Film And An Orbital Mechanism That Polishes With A Single Turn Of The Handle.
3M™ Crimplok™+ Connectors Have A Thermally Balanced Design That Is Tested For Premises And Fttp Applications For Indoor And Outdoor Conditions.
