The BuckOhm™ Blackout Dielectric X-Style Harness was designed for working under conditions with electrical hazards making this a great option for substation and other linemen work. Rated to 420 lbs. when used with equivalently rated accessories and has been arc flash tested and meets or exceeds ASTM F887 Electric Arc Performance Requirements.
The Blackout series harnesses feature black nylon webbing with a touch of BuckViz Safety Green™.
Harness Sizing Small SKU: 603A8Q25-S
Dielectric hardware eliminates the potential of static electricity being transferred thru steel hardware if working around an energized conductor in wet or damp conditions. Also, Dielectric hardware has better resistance to corrosion in extreme conditions (hot or salty air environments).
Harness features:
Dielectric quick connect buckles on leg straps and waist for easy donning 9KV rated Dielectric hardware. The harness features permanently attached BuckStep™ 2.0 instead of the traditional girth hitching attachment method. Web loop sternal attachment. Web loop dorsal attachment.
