Buckingham 105KQ1-30 Tough Rope™ Tethered Confined Space Rescue Kit - 105KQ1-30
A tethered confined space rescue system that features a 30’ vertical rescue lifeline (39Y13Q2-30) constructed of 11.5 mm treblekern tough rope™. This unique system allows for a rescue to be accomplished without having to send additional personnel into the hazardous area.
The lifeline is tested to 40 Cal/CM2 electrical arc exposure.
The vertical rescue lifeline features a steel locking snap hook on one end and a stitched eye on the other end. The lifeline is equipped with an ISC mini rope grab as an ascender. The lifeline attaches to the manhole guard/rescue winch with a specially designed breakaway assembly. This device will release upon impact such as that of a vehicle that has entered the work zone and strikes the manhole guard. For rescue, the attendant/rescuer attaches the ascender to the winch line and proceeds to raise the victim. The Tough Rope™ Tethered Confined Space Rescue Kit includes a manhole guard, winch, and 39Y13Q2-30 Tough Rope™ Lifeline Kit.
